With competing and coaching at an international level Matty realised the importance of physical conditioning. His time in Europe and America was spent working with and learning from some of the best coaches and athletes in the world.

His programmes focus more on mobility, strength and flexibility as these provide longevity in sport but also the greatest improvements in physical performance

The first session is normally an assessment and understanding of the players physical strengths and challenged areas. The programmes are then designed to help a player move more efficiently and effectively

Group Training

The group training sessions are great for teams or small groups as they provide a challenging and competitive environment.

They also provide accountability amongst groups as you are on a similar journey to develop physically and also personally
